About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company to introduce products or services and generate interest.

Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve outreach efforts.
Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics, including call targets and conversion goals.
Stay informed about the companys products, services, and market trends to deliver effective sales pitches.
Provide feedback to the management team to enhance lead quality and overall sales processes.

Strong communication skills with a clear and confident phone manner.
