Vendor Shall Provide The Services And Deliverable(s) As Follows:

OIT shall provide the funding necessary to support professional IT resources necessary to provide technical services in support of all divisions within the Governor’s Office of Information Technology (OIT). The Process Specialist will be responsible for developing and improving standardized processes and procedures related to managing Software Development Lifecycles, technical operational activities performed in cloud environments, and solutioning practices that orchestrate cross-functional resources and other IT related functions. Contribute to Kaizen (change for the better or continuous improvement) activities and process improvement initiatives. Assist with the definition and design of tools, standard operating procedures and processes. Additionally, the creation of audit procedures that validate released procedures are being followed are in scope of this work effort. You will be a lead member of a team that is driving process improvement organizationally. Specific duties are as follows:
? Developing and implementing processes, procedures, or methods to improve efficiency and productivity in a specific area
? Monitoring results from audit procedures to support continuous improvement
? Develop process workflows using BPM guidelines;
? Developing or modifying policies, processes and/or procedures;;
? Following and improving the process established to develop processes and procedures;
? Assist in the development of an overall process management system that supports the four phases of business process maturity; document, assess, improve and manage.
? Developing and improving process and procedure templates, diagrams and documentation standards;
? Analyzing data to identify trends or suggest improvements to processes
? Reviewing work performed by SMEs and other team members on the process and procedure team to ensure processes and procedures are following standards and meet quality objectives;
? Communicating process changes to all affected parties such as customers, suppliers, vendors, employees, etc.

OIT Responsibilities

This staff will be managed by the Senior Applications Managers responsible for the SOP teams success. The processes established for this team are documented and designed to create a consistent and efficient process. All documents will be created and stored in the shared drive designated for the SOP work.
