Responsibilities:
Build out a targeted portfolio of clientele whose needs align with CereHives product offerings
Conduct a variety of canvassing methodologies through a plethora of proactive outreach methods to develop a sales pipeline and close new business, including extensive video outreach and cold calling
Negotiate contract terms and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
Close sales and secure signed contracts for our product offerings
Educate customers over CereHives unique features within each plan to assist customer in their purchasing decision to the appropriate tier offering
Navigate and manage renewals with customers
Identify and establish new relationships with decision makers in new accounts as you work relentlessly to bring in new logos
Consistently deliver a white-glove experience to both our prospects and existing customers
Attend industry networking events to increase and leverage your network along with developing professionally
Properly document conversations and activity within CereHives Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) system
Exceed expectations set forth by leadership to achieve promotion towards exciting career path options
Multitask daily and act in a decisive manner with confidence and ownership in the decisions you make
Roughly 25% travel required to visit strategic prospects and customers when necessary
Requirements:
Consistently at least met quota year over year in current/previous business development role
Results driven individual who wants to be successful and be part of a winning team
Possess a hunting as opposed to farming mindset
High risk appetite
At least one year of business development experience
