What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to medical prior authorization
Utilize computer skills for accurate data entry and information management
Gather and review patient billing and medical information
Analyze complex problems and provide expert solutions
Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure effective patient coverage
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 1 year of previous Medical Benefits experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to multitask and effectively use dual monitors
Strong work attitude with a willingness to assist others
Experience in a medical call center is a plus but not required
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in a medical call center setting
