We are in our final stage of development and should be launching in the next 2-3 months. I am looking for people willing and able to help us start, on top of maintaining whatever your current source of income is. I am expecting full time positions to… be available by September at the absolute latest. Until then, I will have no requirements of any kind for how much someone contributes. Once we are full time I’ll be starting people at 60k a year, but will increase that to a minimum of 80k as we grow, with profit-sharing down the road. There will also be no schedule, just an expectation of a certain number of models being completed a month. I have a contract for people wanting to join us in our pre-revenue stage, and will be developing a different when we switch to salary employment.
