As a 3rd shift remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of our company, providing top-notch support and assistance to our valued callers in ensuring customer satisfaction every step of the way. Our call center is open 7 days a week and the candidate must be available to work a 5 day schedule… from 8:00 pm – 5:00 am or 11:00 pm to 8:00 am.

What We’re Looking For:
Successful candidates must live in Florida, Indiana, North Carolina, Ohio, or South Carolina only and possess their own computer equipment identified below to ensure compatibility with CDS’ software applications:
Laptop or desktop computer
Two monitors to allow for easy switching between multiple open apps
Windows 10/11 Pro (not Home or Home S Mode).
Processor – Intel Core i5, i7, etc. Celeron processors are not recommended.
8GB Memory / RAM.
Hard Drive Size – Minimum 128GB.
Wired Ethernet connection – wireless connections via WiFi, no Hotspot or 5G.
Internet Speed – Wired internet speed from internet provider needs to be 100 mbps
Chromebooks and Macs are not acceptable or compatible.
Your skills:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Previous call center customer service experience
High school diploma or equivalent
