Job Description
Yelp is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Account Executive to join our team. The Account Executive will play a critical role in growing our business by developing new relationships and managing existing accounts. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while leveraging your sales skills to drive impactful results.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
- High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Present Yelps value proposition to potential clients, tailoring presentations to the needs of each client.
- Manage and track your sales pipeline using our CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure customer satisfaction.

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
