Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and achieve revenue targets for assigned clients within the middle market segment.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for growth and partnership.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and prospecting.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and maximize client satisfaction.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients that effectively communicate the value of our products and services.
Monitor and report on sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices to continuously improve sales techniques and customer service.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote and expand our brand presence.
