Description:
Provide accounts payable support and perform accounting clerical duties to the accounting department.
Supports Chief Financial Officer by handling administrative tasks to ensure proper financial documentation and processing.
Duties include providing administrative and bookkeeping assistance and data entry.
Requirements:
Minimum high school degree or equivalent (Associates Degree or higher a plus)
Prior office experience preferred
Detail-oriented, organized, able to work independently and multi-task in fast-paced setting
Strong communication skills and commitment to fostering positive work culture
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook required; proficiency in Quickbooks Online a plus
