Accounting Clerk – Temporary

• BaubleBar designs accessories that make life more fun.
• Seeking a Full-Time Temporary Accounting Clerk to join our Finance team.
• Help with various administrative and accounting tasks for a 3-6 month project.
• Requires close attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Accurately record transactions in Excel.
• Verify invoice details against purchase orders; summarize exceptions for further review.
• Maintain organized and accurate records following internal file organization system.
• Assist in audit preparation.
• Provide general administrative support to the accounting department as needed.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with accounting software (e.g. Netsuite, MS Dynamics, Sage, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in an accounting or administrative role is a plus
• Position will be remote (residing anywhere in the United States and authorized to work in the U.S.) Standard working hours to coincide with 9:00 am- 6:00 pm EST
