Experience (preferred or required):
High School diploma and/or Associate’s degree
Previous call center experience in a sales environment is preferred
A successful and proven sales history is preferred
Self-motivation and drive required
Strong working knowledge of Google Docs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Learn company specific sales processes, real estate basics, and California real estate market specific information to adequately communicate with real estate agents
Opportunity Sourcing: Identify and source potential real estate investment opportunities
Cold Calling: Initiate contact with real estate agents through phone calls, explain what we are looking for and maintain constant contact with them
Texting: Maintain contact with agents and reply promptly to potential opportunities.
Follow follow-up process to reconnect with agents about potential opportunities
Information Gathering: Collect detailed information on identified opportunities, including property details and seller motivations.
Property informing agents: Fully understanding, communicating, and setting expectations to agents about our buying criteria and ideal customer profile.
Document property/opportunity information in a detailed and organized manner
Use the CRM daily to manage & update pipeline of prospects and potential sales leads in a timely manner
Team Communication via Discord: Answering questions from management and reaching out for assistance when needed.
Executing procedural hand offs: Fully understanding, communicating, and setting expectations to agents about our process. And promptly communicating with Acquisition managers.
Prioritization: Efficiently following and maintaining focus on daily priorities.
KPI Tracking: Fill out end of day report on specific sales activities for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) tracking
Attending meetings via zoom: Provide call recording for feedback and coaching. Provide crucial information regarding potential opportunities in the sales acquisition pipeline.
Learn the industry and improve skills through team trainings

CRM Proficiency: The ability to navigate through and manage a customer relationship management program.
Follow up: Must have associated dates on all opportunity cards in every stage of the pipeline.
MultiDialer Proficiency: The ability to use a CRM in conjunction with a multi dialer program with property lead disposition.
Communication: Clear and professional English Speaking skills, with a strong ability to convey real estate concepts effectively.
Outstanding written, grammar, & verbal communication skills with ability to interact with all levels of an organization
Adaptability: The ability to adopt new processes, procedures, and systems. Keeping a positive attitude around change and improvements.
Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line while maintaining a positive can-do attitude

Vacation time will be limited to scheduled company time-off, any other time off will be limited and require management approval. No additional time off will be given within the first 90 days of employment.
