What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide administrative support to executives, managing calendars and prioritizing tasks
Serve as a point of contact for the department, answering inquiries and directing requests
Organize and facilitate meetings, conferences, and departmental activities
Execute complex administrative projects, including budget tracking and report creation
Schedule domestic and international travel for executives, addressing all travel logistics
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and virtual collaboration tools
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in handling confidential information
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Experience in a fast-paced retail or customer service environment
Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility in response to changing business needs
Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team
Familiarity with budgeting and financial reporting
