What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide advanced administrative support to one or more executives, managing calendars and prioritizing tasks
Handle general administrative activities such as screening calls and composing correspondence
Organize and facilitate meetings, conferences, and departmental activities
Direct and execute complex administrative projects, including budget tracking and reporting
Schedule executive travel arrangements and ensure alignment of priorities with the executive’s team
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative support role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and virtual collaboration tools
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to adapt and demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a corporate environment, particularly in the coffee or food service industry
Familiarity with budgeting and financial reporting processes
Leadership experience within an administrative team
Demonstrated ability to initiate process improvements based on observations
Experience arranging domestic and international travel for executives
