Description:
• Acts as the focal point of information between staff, students, and parents.
• Responsible for all incoming calls – new clients, existing clients, or taking messages.
• Assists in developing relations with existing clients.
• Proctors tests for students.
• Reports all staff, client, vendor, and subcontractor issues to Directors.
• Develops, implements, follows, and perfects office systems and procedures.
• Read & answer all work-related emails.
• Answer all phone calls and direct callers to appropriate contact.
• Maintains and manages company calendar/appointments/client schedules.
• Schedule any appointments for Directors.
• Organizes and composes office correspondence, documents, and other reports.
• Supports sales and production.
• Comfortable posting company-related posts on social media platforms.
• Send communication (“thank you notes”, referral gifts, etc.) accordingly.
• Review upcoming Daily/Weekly schedule with Directors.
• Participates in staff meetings, as… needed.
• Ensures the company’s public image is consistent and in keeping with branding.
• Marketing assistance.

Requirements:
• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
• Must have a computer with at least Windows 10, or Catalina MacOS.
• Must have a video camera.
• Must have high-speed internet (Above 20mb/s).
• Must have a quiet home working space with a clean background.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Self-starter who works well with minimal supervision.
• Is coachable and has a positive attitude.
• Works well under pressure.
• Can multitask in a professional setting.
• Is comfortable speaking with clients in a customer-centric manner.
• Good written and spoken communication.
• Must be very professional, extremely organized, and punctual.
• Proficient in using IOS, Windows, MS Office Suite, and G-Suites.
• Experience working in an educational institution is a plus.
• Have excellent business etiquette and follow-up procedures.
• Be detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks to fit deadlines.
• Tact and discretion for dealing with confidential information.
• A calm and professional manner.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment methodically.
