As an Administrative Assistant at SERAC, you will work closely with Dr. Lee, an autism researcher and special education consultant. Dr. Lee has extensive experience mentoring professionals and students in the field, providing a unique opportunity for growth and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication: Regularly communicate with FMS companies, regional centers and community businesses to ensure our clients’ needs are met
Documentation: Document client requests and needs, report to the supervisor, and follow up with clients as necessary
Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of contacts, project statuses and payments
General Administrative Support: Assist with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
Strong communication and phone skills
Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Persistence and proactiveness in following up with contacts
Ability to protect and manage client data with care
Professionalism and maturity in all interactions
High school diploma or equivalent
