Key Responsibilities
Deliver administrative support to commercial real estate underwriters and legal professionals
Prepare correspondence and FedEx labels as required
Efficiently scan and organize documents
Utilize our real estate closing application to facilitate transaction processes
Assist in managing multi-site commercial real estate transactions
Contribute to the coordination of additional projects as necessary
Required Skills
Proficient administrative support and secretarial capabilities
Expertise in FedEx shipping and creating labels
Experience in document scanning and organization
Knowledge of real estate processes is advantageous
Familiarity with real estate closing and lending practices is preferred but not essential
Qualifications
Advanced proficiency in word processing and computer applications
3-5 years of experience in secretarial or administrative support, or a combination of relevant training and experience
A high school diploma or equivalent is required
