We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our companys CEO. Executive Assistants responsibilities include managing deliverable schedule, social media content (not writing but ensuring content is on schedule), client onboarding, and data entry tasks. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.
Role will start Part-time and move to full-time before end of year (2024). Looking to hire within the next 3-4 weeks.
Part-Time salary range $25,000-$30,000; Full-time salary range $45,000-$55,000 (plus bonus)
Responsibilities
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Take minutes during meetings
Organize and maintain the office filing system
Format information for internal and external communication memos, emails, presentations, reports
Requirements
Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
Excellent MS Office knowledge
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Required knowledge of the following tools:
HubSpot, Slack, Trello, Loom, G-Suite/Microsoft, AdobePDF, and Zoom
