Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to Division Managers and/or Business Managers
Prepare and edit communications, make travel arrangements, and coordinate meetings
Maintain office coverage including replenishing supplies and phone coverage
Greet and assist visiting colleagues, vendors, clients, and customers
Ensure timely completion of special projects through appropriate task coordination
Organize group meetings, schedule dates, prepare agendas, and arrange refreshments
Facilitate information flow between Division Manager, Business Manager, and others
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED, or 5+ years of equivalent experience in administration, preferably within the technology industry
Well-organized and detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
