Peoplelink Staffing Solutions has partnered with a prominent client within the Automotive industry. We are currently hiring an Administrative Clerk to join our team. This is a contract position that is fully remote.
Administrative Clerks are responsible for assisting management with all administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to project document verification, correction, training, and reporting.
Administrative Clerk Job Summary:
100% Remote/WFH
8am-5pm
Overtime may be required occasionally
$18/hr to start
Administrative Clerk Responsibilities:
Compile, verify, and enter project data into data tracking system
Audit documentation for accuracy to ensure accurate customer billing
Train project team members on proper completion of documentation
Paperwork filing
Effective communication with customers
Create and provide customer reports in an accurate and timely manner
Capable of working with minimum supervision
Administrative Clerk Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Previous clerical or administrative background and work experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong, accurate typing skills (45 wpm or more)
Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Ability to stand, walk, and manipulate weights of 10 to 50 pounds throughout shift
