Afterhours Customer Care Rep / Account Manager (Excel Skills Required)

This timing of the position includes weekends and nights Central Standard Time – CST.

Stones River is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for assisting internal and external customers by providing service and billing information to both.

Responsibilities:
• Incoming and Outgoing Phone calls
• Processing of customer service requests
• Updating customer portals
• Working with Stones River Service Coordinators and notifying customers of service dates
• Uploading documentation to customer portals as well as accounting/work order system
• Data entry

?Qualifications:
• Must be detail oriented
• Must have a working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
• Must have at least 3 years of service customer care experience
