Stones River is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for assisting internal and external customers by providing service and billing information to both.
Responsibilities:
Incoming and Outgoing Phone calls
Processing of customer service requests
Updating customer portals
Working with Stones River Service Coordinators and notifying customers of service dates
Uploading documentation to customer portals as well as accounting/work order system
Data entry
?Qualifications:
Must be detail oriented
Must have a working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
Must have at least 3 years of service customer care experience
