Airbnb Guest communication

In the role of Airbnb Guest Communication, you will be pivotal in delivering outstanding customer service and enhancing guest experiences

Must have reliable internet and smart phone. Candidate will communicate with guests via phone, Airbnb app, iGMS app, SMS, and Whatsapp.

Should be able to answer calls/messages during the day as well as weekends and holidays. Position involves taking care of 1 unit so volume of messages is low but they should be replied to promptly, ideally within 20 minutes.

Must have reliable transportation, mobile/internet connection and respond to messages in a timely fashion.

Hours are not fixed, but based on guest requirements, so a flexible schedule is required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $200.00 – $300.00 per month

Schedule:
• Evening shift
• Holidays
• On call
• Weekends as needed
