What Were Looking For:
Were looking for a Hybrid Sponsored and DSP ads Specialist who can help drive our clients growth to the next level, someone who understands what it takes to drive growth on Amazon, leveraging different tactics and within sponsored ads and Amazon DSP solutions to help our clients thrive. The ideal candidate will thrive in ambiguity, developing strategies based on deep understandings of the customer, competition, and Amazon capabilities – rooted in data and insights. You will work cross-functionally with internal partners to align on strategy and long-term goals for our clients.
Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Grow brand equity and sales by utilizing Amazon advertising tools, primarily Sponsored Advertising and Amazon DSP (programmatic)
Coordinate with account leaders to develop and execute sponsored ads tactics for marketing, advertising, and brand development
Utilization of Amazon tools, Amazon DSP console, other programmatic platforms, and internal reporting tools
Setup, launch, and monitor various campaigns including display, online video, STV, audio, and connected devices
Traffic various creative formats including auto-generated ads, static images, videos, audio, and third-party trackers
Generate standardized and ad hoc ADSP campaign reports
Lend backend optimization and other support as needed to medium and large-sized client accounts to learn tactical and management skills in the support of more complex businesses
Ensure spend pacing is aligned to agree upon budget and adjust, as necessary. Set monthly budgets at the campaign level for all clients
Build weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance progress reports for brands to identify trends and optimization insights to accelerate growth.
Ongoing and proactive optimization and analysis of sponsored ads campaign performance to continue to evolve and improve performance to goals within dynamic, ever-changing Amazon landscape
Multitasking in a fast-paced environment: The ability to manage multiple projects, deliverables, and clients simultaneously, while adhering to deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
Knowledge/Skills
Experience with digital marketing, search engine marketing, programmatic media buying
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
Proficiency with Amazon tools, including the Amazon Advertising suite of solutions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel and Power Point
Ability to analyze large data sets and identify trends to inform the business
Ability to problem-solve and multitask
Possess innate curiosity and desire for continued growth and responsibility
Certification in Amazon Advertising is a plus
Requirements
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
1-3 years of digital marketing and/or campaign operations experience
Preferred – Experience with Amazon Advertising / Programmatic / SEM & other retail media channels
