Key Responsibilities:
As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for the following:
Assisting customers with their queries related to orders, shipping, payments, refunds, and returns
Troubleshooting technical issues faced by customers while using Amazon’s products and services
Providing accurate and timely solutions to customers via chat, email, and phone
Identifying and escalating customer issues to relevant departments for prompt solutions
Building rapport with customers and ensuring that their feedback is communicated to Amazon’s management team
Adhering to Amazon’s customer service policies and processes at all times
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
Fluency in written and spoken English
Previous customer service experience is an added advantage
Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection
Availability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
