Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in basic computer skills and comfortable navigating multiple systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
Follow communication guidelines and procedures to ensure consistency.
Document customer interactions and issue resolutions in our system.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
