*Job Description:**
We are currently looking for a Home Advisor to be the friendly voice of Apple. As a Home Advisor, youll be responsible for answering questions and solving problems for a multitude of Apple users around the world. This job is about more than just troubleshooting. Its about providing a world-class customer service experience, courtesy of Apple.
*Primary Duties / Responsibilities:**
Resolve customer issues using effective problem-solving skills, personal judgment, and the established procedures
Offer excellent customer service and provide product knowledge to customers.
Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support
Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
Maintain customer records by updating account information.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
*Qualifications:**
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of customer service experience
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Proficient in using Apple products
*Preferred Qualifications:**
Previous experience in a remote role
Familiarity with iOS, macOS, or similar systems
