Job Description:
The selected candidate will support the management of both our rental properties and vehicle fleet, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests and clients. The role requires flexibility, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Airbnb Management:
Be on-call to address any issues that may arise with Airbnb guests.
Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams if necessary to resolve guest concerns.
Ensure properties remain in good condition and are ready for the next guest.
Turo Vehicle Management:
Handle the check-in and check-out process for vehicles.
Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections, including taking detailed photos of each vehicle to document its condition.
Ensure vehicles are cleaned and prepared for guests before each rental.
Take post-trip photos upon vehicle return to verify the condition of the car.
Coordinate vehicle deliveries and returns for guests who request delivery service.
Requirements:
Valid drivers license (mandatory).
Experience in customer service or property/vehicle management is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
Flexibility to respond to issues and assist as needed throughout the day.
Professionalism when interacting with guests and clients.
