Analyze, identify, and address potential project issues.
Review and coordinate project requirements and production workflows using different software utilities.

Load information from different processing platforms into review platforms.
Back up processed information into system storage.
Prioritize and complete assigned projects within required deadlines.
Document actions taken while performing the task.
Provide status updates/reports to the Manager.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of standard tools and software within Client service offerings.
Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish efficient case management, time management, quality assurance, and project deliverables.
Provide support, guidance, and training to Associate staff.
Work schedule may be dictated by Client needs. Must be available to work during holidays, weekends, and/or evenings.
Coordinate team goals and service standards in accordance with Senior Manager.
Enforcement of time tracking, project tracking, and quality control systems.
