Smartsheet is looking for an Associate Recruiter to join our team and support the career progression and mobility of existing, internal Smartsheet associates.
You will participate in an environment that values collaboration and play an important role in our service-oriented culture. You will report to the Manager, Customer Excellence Recruiting.
Responsibilities:
Own a full-cycle recruiting process supporting career progression and internal mobility of Smartsheet employees
Work with recruiting team members to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategy
Partner closely with internal and external customers to understand, anticipate and influence their hiring needs and goals
Assist in the administrative aspects of moving internal employees through the interview and offer process.
Requirements:
1+ years of corporate and/or agency full-cycle recruiting experience
Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume recruiting environment
Commitment to creating an excellent candidate and internal customer experience
Experience partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process
Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and relationships
Greenhouse ATS experience preferred
Smartsheet experience preferred
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer on an ongoing basis
