Hoganas in North America is seeking an Associate Sales Manager to promote our Surface Coating and Joining Technologies products and services to our customers in the North American market.

This position will be the primary sales representative for our products and services related to the Coating & Brazing Technologies product area. This position will ideally work remotely in the Greater Houston, Texas area and will be responsible to:
? Serve as the primary sales representative for assigned customers throughout North America.
? Sell products and technical support services and provide quality customer service.
? Establish and communicate price updates and manage all related commercial activities.
? Submit and fulfill annual budget and quarterly forecasts.
? Evaluate sales results on a continuous basis and report significant shifts in volume requirements.
? Provide efficient customer service and review surveys, NDAs, and contracts.
? Coordinate with respective departments on activities with customers such as investigations, technical projects, presentations, and complaints.
? React on trends in the market place as well as competitor activities.
? Coordinate order details with Customer Service and credit management with Accounting.
Your profile
Qualified applicants will possess a Bachelor?s Degree with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, account management, manufacturing, engineering, or related field. Candidates will also have experience utilizing customer management systems and excellent time management and communication/presentation skills. Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and a valid driver?s license with the ability travel up to 50% of the time is required.
