Bend Health Coaching Services are designed specifically to extend more helpful resources to more families who need help managing the ups and downs of everyday life. As the research shows, mental health coaching is an effective way to manage emotions, challenge negative thinking, and… reduce stress and anxiety.
We are looking for a full-time, Behavioral Care Manager Lead passionate about whole-person, whole-family mental health care to join our clinical team. This is a unique position reporting to the Manager, Behavioral Care Managers for onboarding program development and ongoing training of all practitioner roles. This role will also carry a caseload and in this capacity the BCM lead will report to the Manager of BCMs.
What youll do:
Hours: 11:30-8PM PST, 30-min lunch
Directly manage and lead Behavioral Care Managers
Develop processes and infrastructure for BCM team, with an aim to improve member satisfaction, provider satisfaction and scale effectively and efficiently.
Monitor team KPIs and a clear framework to measure success and accountability.
Manage caseload and conduct evaluations on a weekly basis, enabling understanding of where the process needs improvement.
Participate in training on our proprietary curriculum and collaborative care model.
Practice evidence-based techniques to motivate, guide, and help our clients meet their goals successfully.
Lead 1:1 meetings with direct reports
Partner closely with others in our clinical team, including psychiatric providers, therapists, nurses, and behavioral care managers.

Required Education and Training:
Bachelor’s in a Social Work or Psychology related field (unlicensed)
3 years professional experience working in behavioral health or Health Systems
Leadership experience (professional and volunteer)
Experience with Google Suites
Experience training or facilitating practitioner groups
Preferred Experience and Training:
Experience working in a Collaborative Care Model
Masters Degree in Social Work or related field (unlicensed)
The salary range for United States residents is $62,000-$67,000. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Bend Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
