Description:
Configure and oversee a cloud-based benefits administration tool
Develop relationships, influence strategic direction and maximize client value
Maintain documentation on workflows, procedures, and protocols
Retrieve web-based data
Prepare data for loading by entering submitted data into standardized format
Configure open enrollment lifecycle to ensure it meets the customers workflow needs
User interface testing and data validation
Serve as the BenAdmin platform single point of contact for customers post-implementation
Build relationships with stakeholders to facilitate successful solutions
Ensure the protection and security of a consumers personal, confidential and identifiable information in a professional and responsible manner
Navigate platform resources, helping customers maximize the use of platform
Meet or exceed department goals as defined
Complete other duties and projects as assigned
Requirements:
Current life and health insurance… license, preferred
2 years work experience in a broker agency, benefit administration firm, carrier or TPA, preferred
