Temporary Customer Service Representative (Bilingual) – Remote (Puerto Rico) (3 Months)

Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and bilingual (English & Spanish) Customer Service Representative to join our team. This remote position involves managing a phone switchboard and ensuring callers are directed to the appropriate extensions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and manage incoming calls on the phone switchboard.
• Direct calls to the appropriate extensions or departments.
• Provide accurate information to callers when necessary.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
• Assist with additional tasks as needed.

Requirements:
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• No prior experience required.
