Temporary Customer Service Representative (Bilingual) – Remote (Puerto Rico) (3 Months)
Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and bilingual (English & Spanish) Customer Service Representative to join our team. This remote position involves managing a phone switchboard and ensuring callers are directed to the appropriate extensions.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming calls on the phone switchboard.
Direct calls to the appropriate extensions or departments.
Provide accurate information to callers when necessary.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
Assist with additional tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
No prior experience required.
