We are seeking a dynamic and professional Bilingual Telecaller (Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in both English and Hindi, excellent client-handling abilities, and a persuasive approach to build meaningful customer connections. Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote products/services and provide information.
Effectively communicate in English and Hindi to understand and address customer needs.
Handle client inquiries professionally and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and timely information.
Follow up with potential leads and convert them into successful customers.
Demonstrate good convincing skills to influence customer decisions positively.
Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed set targets and objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
Strong convincing and client-handling skills.
Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or a similar role is preferred.
A professional and confident phone demeanor.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Basic computer literacy for data entry and communication tools.
Salary: ?12,000 to ?15,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
