This hybrid position is a fully remote, full time position (working in Eastern Time) that involves approximately 50% controller/bookkeeping duties and 50% administrative duties. We are a stable and growing national online real estate company doing high volume, online real estate transactions.
Controller Duties – Approximately 20 hours per week

Responsibilities
Record daily transactions (account payables and account receivables)
Manage and updating general ledger
Make profit / loss statements and balance sheets
Generate cash flow reports and estimate future monthly cash flow
Produce financial reports to assist CEO and COO in strategic decision making
Process payroll through ADP and other payroll service providers
Bill paying primarily through bill.com and with credit cards.
Maintain requisite documents for taxation compliance
Administrative Role – Approximately 20 hours per week

Communicate and manage existing MLS relationships including billing, login information, etc.
Establish new MLS relationships and complete and submit MLS applications
Discontinue MLS memberships when needed
Work with outside vendors (including CSC Registered Agent Service Review) to monitor and maintain filings with various states
Qualifications

Bachelor?s degree in accounting, finance or related discipline
Previous bookkeeping experience
Experience with QuickBooks
Willingness and understanding that this is hybrid position (approximately 50% controller / bookkeeper and 50% admin)
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated professional
Strong communications skills are a must
