Perry Davis Associates, Inc. (PDA) is a full-service consulting firm for non-profits, located in Midtown Manhattan. It has worked with hundreds of local, national, and international organizations since 1986.
One of the services PDA provides its clients is nonprofit management and financial administration.
PDA seeks an administrative professional to:
Work closely with and support the Controller
Handle QuickBooks income/expense entries for a portfolio of non-profit clients, including monthly bank reconciliations
Manage administration tasks including: collection of necessary forms from vendors, maintaining compliance documentation, track credit card charges and receipts, etc.
Navigate and maintain documentation of cashflow and budgets for assigned clients using Google products.
Assist with annual tax/audit preparation
Communicate regularly with clients and board members
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years work experience in related field
Proficiency with Microsoft and Google products is required
Proficiency with QuickBooks is required
Experience with budgeting and reporting is required
Possess a friendly and professional demeanor and good problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills is a must
Donor database management and entry skills a plus
Experience working with Non-profits a plus
This is a remote work position that requires the use of your own computer. There is potential for this to become a full-time position based on performance and need.
