Duties and Responsibilities: Performs general bookkeeping duties and assists management and staff with various administrative tasks as needed.
Performs daily cash reporting and weekly bank reconciliations for various bank accounts.
Uploads or enters bank transactions to QuickBooks.
Manage general accounts receivable and accounts payable functions including processing invoices, coordinating payments and.
Processes bi-weekly payroll.
Tracks and maintains all documentation related to loans, grants, assets and other business activities with financial implications.
Prepares QuickBooks entry processing consistent with GAAP and established chart of accounts.
Assists in month-end closing process including maintaining detailed schedules and reconciliation of accounts as assigned.
Files sales taxes within prescribed deadlines.
Assists Operations and Administration in facilitating the coordination between the finance team and other departments of the company.
Collaborate with the companys accountant to ensure compliant tax filings.
Other duties and special projects as assigned
