We are looking for a collaborative, motivated, digital marketing enthusiast to join our Brand Sales Solutions Analyst team. As a Solutions Analyst, you will work closely with our sales stakeholders to execute strategic campaign proposals that boost revenue, drive efficiencies, and deliver on client goals. You will use data insights from Yelps platform and partner vendor platforms to inform campaign measurement and strategy recommendations. Solutions analysts partner closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales proposals. This is a national role that reports to the Manager, Brand Solutions.
Solutions analysts must value teamwork and have the ability to communicate a vision internally and externally that inspires action and results in revenue growth.
In this role, you will:
Serve as an expert on Yelp Audience (YA) and our process, including display, mobile, video, CTV, DSPs, and third-party audiences & data capabilities
Develop measurement strategy, tracking, and attribution models for national brand clients and prospects
Develop client proposals by leveraging key findings from campaign data and collaborating with brand sellers
Recommend campaign solutions grounded in achieving measurable business results and exceeding client KPI
Support organization revenue goals by joining client calls to demonstrate platform capabilities, sell in the value and help overcome client objections
Study data insights to guide the strategy and adoption of Yelps product suite
Collaborate with your manager and team to develop best practices for campaign success
Communicate and engage with a variety of internal stakeholders
What it takes to Succeed:
You have 3+ years of experience in digital advertising sales or programmatic roles and are experienced using DSPs & ad serving platforms. A background in media planning, programmatic media buying, strategic consulting, business operations; or other comparable experience will lend well to this role
You hold a BA/BS degree (required); MBA a plus
You are strong in Microsoft Excel (preferred)
You have strong analytical skills and are detail oriented
You are results oriented with a strong business acumen
You have great communication and collaboration skills, comfortable explaining the why behind your thinking
You are a resourceful problem solver and seek out answers to tough questions
You enjoy and effectively build relationships with internal and external contacts
You have the ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally
You have the ability to adapt and operate effectively in fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
You have a positive attitude and ability to work under tight time restrictions
