Responsible for engaging with prospective and existing clients.
Sell Leadership & Management training solutions.
Grow national apprenticeship starts.
Conduct briefings for apprenticeship learners and managers.
Schedule regular service meetings to provide support to clients.
Ensure timely production of business proposals.
Requirements:
Experience working in business development is essential.
A proven track record in building relationships and booking qualified appointments.
Experience working in/with apprenticeship training providers is highly desired.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to quickly form connections at all levels.
A customer-orientated attitude with the ability to engage with a wide range of prospects and clients.
Practical skills to deliver independently.
Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing environments.
A professional, enthusiastic, organised, and driven approach to your work.
