Role Overview:
As the Business Head / Lead Generation Head, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of our startup by identifying new business opportunities, generating high-quality leads, and overseeing the sales pipeline. You will work closely with the founding team and manage client acquisition, from prospecting to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients, industries, and markets for business opportunities.
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and business development.
Client Communication & Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and clients.
Sales Negotiations & Closures: Handle negotiations and close deals, ensuring high conversion rates.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to position the companys services effectively.
Reporting & Feedback: Provide regular updates on lead generation activities and sales performance.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation in the IT industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Experience in managing remote teams or working in a startup environment is a plus.
Compensation:
This is a commission-based role, where you will receive a percentage of the revenue generated from the projects you bring in. This offers excellent earning potential, depending on the volume and size of the deals secured.
