The Role
W-2 part-time position: 20 hours per week made up of at least 10 clinical sessions, 3 meetings, and other responsibilities (clinical documentation, etc.)

Customizable caseload within parameters
Create your own schedule within parameters. A majority of your clinical sessions need to be 2pm and after in order to meet the needs of children and families.
Provide ongoing individual… therapy through video-based telehealth sessions to children ages 0-14 years old, as well as family therapy
Provide evidenced-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT, TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Exposure Therapy for Anxiety, Parent Management Training (PMT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP)
Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner using the Little Otter platform
Be part of our collaborative clinical team through participating in weekly consultation meetings, team meetings and individual meetings with your clinical manager
Additional duties as assigned
About You
Must Hold active CALIFORNIA licensure as a LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Clinical Psychologist
Experience providing telehealth therapy to children 0-14 and families
Experience delivering evidence-based practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency using a computer and navigating technology (Google suite, EHRs)
Ability to work from home with reliable internet connection and must have privacy to maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA requirements

Total compensation range: $35,000 – $73,000 annually
You receive a base salary plus have the opportunity to earn incentive pay through our customizable caseloads.
Base Salary: $35,000 – 45,000 annually
Base salary is paid twice per month
Base salary is determined by years of experience, certifications in EBPs, clinical skills, and location
Minimum expectation of an average of 10 completed sessions per week
PLUS Incentive Pay that provides opportunity to earn an additional $10,000 – $28,000 annually
$80/session for each session over the minimum quarterly goal
Quarterly goal is based on maintaining an average of 10 completed sessions per week
