Baca Consulting Group is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Agent to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests
Provide information about products and services
Resolve customer complaints and issues
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Meet or exceed call center metrics such as call quality and resolution time
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a call center or customer service role
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
