Masis Professional Group is assisting our client in searching for a Call Center Customer Service Associate for a 100% Remote position. The role is full-time temporary with the potential for conversion to permanent based on good performance. Computer and phone will be provided along with paid training.
Position is with an insurance industry client but no experience necessary in insurance… Background in hospitality or related customer service fields is welcome.
Salary: $16 to $18.00 per hour based on experience
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 11:30am-8:00pm and mandatory Saturday 9:00am-6:00pm
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage incoming customer queries and field questions regarding policy information.
Take in a high volume of calls, communicate via email and letters as appropriate.
Process payments, modifications, and escalate complaints.
Deliver great overall customer service.
Document all client communications
Be the point person for our clients as well as their customers
Experience and Educational Requirements:
2+ years of customer service experience in a call-center environment
Demonstrated communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong independent problem solving and analytical skills
Need to be high energy, customer centric, have a friendly demeanor, display empathy, and patience
BILINGUAL SPANISH/ENGLISH is highly preferred
