DixinUSA is looking for a highly motivated Call Center Rep to join our team. As a Call Center Rep, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer inquiries or complaints. This is a remote position that offers great flexibility.
Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving customer issues or complaints.
Accurately and efficiently enter customer information and details into the system.
Follow call scripts and maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using customer service software and systems.
