Key Responsibilities
Customer Support: Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing timely and accurate information to customers regarding Microsoft products and services.
Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to higher-level support when necessary.
Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft products, services, and policies to provide… accurate information and support to customers.

Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service or call center experience, preferably in a remote environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems. Basic understanding of Microsoft products (Windows, Office, etc.) is a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
