Key Responsibilities:
? Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails and chats promptly.
? Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and courteously.
? Provide accurate information about products and services.
? Maintain customer records by updating account information.
? Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
? Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams for further assistance.
? Meet personal/team targets and call handling quotas.
Requirements:
? High school diploma or equivalent.
? Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
? Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
? Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
? Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
? Excellent communication and presentation skills.
? Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
? Should have working knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (excel in particular) and dual monitor handling.
? Willing to work in 24/7 environment and sign a service agreement as per company norms.
? Ability to work in flexible work schedule, including holidays & weekends
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
