Position Description
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer care across a variety of industries? We are seeking a dedicated Remote Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers, offering product/service information and efficiently resolving any concerns they may have. Our diverse clientele spans industries including roadside assistance, telecommunications, entertainment, home improvement, retail, electricity, hospitality, travel, and tourism.
Responsibilities
? Manage inbound and outbound calls with efficiency and professionalism.
? Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
? Process orders, returns, exchanges, and billing inquiries.
? Coordinate service dispatch when necessary.
? Keep customers informed on the status of their inquiries.
? Proactively engage in upselling opportunities.
? Maintain thorough and organized records of all interactions.

? Authorized to work in the United States.
? US resident (excluding specific states).
? Minimum 18 years old.
? High school diploma or equivalent.
