What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide exceptional customer service to callers while meeting performance standards
Assist patients in navigating the managed care system and resolving inquiries

Coordinate special projects and events as directed by the supervisor
Support the Call Center Team and internal departments effectively
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
1 year of medical office or healthcare experience
Experience with Epic software
Familiarity with medical terminology
