What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Address member and provider inquiries received through the employer’s contact numbers
Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding and resolving member/provider needs
Document call details for tracking member/provider contacts
Identify and communicate trends indicative of service issues
Escalate member/provider concerns and servicing issues as necessary
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree or advanced education desirable
Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience in a customer-facing inbound call center setting
Strong multitasking abilities with proficient typing skills
High proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and system data entry
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a health care services environment
Familiarity with health insurance products and services
Previous experience in a role focused on customer service excellence
