Job Summary

This role allows you to work from the comfort of your home, while providing world-class customer service to Apple customers. As an At Home Advisor, you will be the voice of Apple, helping customers with questions about our products and services, and providing the technical support they need to get the most out of their Apple technology.
Key Qualifications
Real passion for customer service and ownership of the customer experience, including comprehensive issue resolution
Potential for troubleshooting and technical problem solving
Ability to navigate multiple applications and systems
Comfort with working independently in a remote environment
Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings and weekends
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience using Apple products and services
Responsibilities
Provide an exceptional customer experience by offering timely, accurate, and professional support
Assist customers with a range of technical issues, including product setup and troubleshooting
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
Educate customers on the features and benefits of Apple products and services
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals
Maintain a high level of product knowledge through ongoing training and development
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in a relevant field or relevant work experience is preferred.
Additional Requirements
Home office equipped with a reliable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and the necessary Apple equipment
Passion for Apple products and technology
Self-discipline and the ability to work independently
