As a Cashier & Front End Services team member at FedEx, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service at the front end of our stores. Your primary duties will include processing customer purchases accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized front end area. Additionally, you will assist customers with any inquiries or issues they may have, including locating products and providing information about store promotions. You will also play a key role in ensuring the overall smooth operation of the store by collaborating with other team members and following established procedures and policies.
